CALL FOR 14th ART COMPETITION "JOY OF EUROPE 2012"- City of Belgrade, the International Committee of European Children's Gathering "Joy of Europe" and the Children's Cultural Center Belgrade anounce XIV International Drawing and Painting Competition "Joy of Europe". Open to individuals, preschools, schools, children's art studios, children's cultural centers and similar children's institutions and associations. Competition is open to all children of the world from 5 to 18 years. Works must be original and self-made, created in 2011. or 2012  and must not be previously subjected to other international competitions and exhibitions.
