Доле потписани Драган Марић, у функцији директора установе Дечјег културног центра Београд, за реализацију пројекта под називом ,,RE-ACT” SEP-211155541, поднетог у оквиру позива за подношење предлога CERV-2025-CHILD, потврђује да су мере заштите деце, које ће нашa установа усвојити у оквиру наведеног пројекта, у складу са смерницама „Међународни стандарди заштите деце“.
Ове мере се заснивају на следећем скупу принципа:
• сва деца имају једнака права на заштиту од повреда
• свако има одговорност да подржи заштиту деце
• јавни субјект/организација има обавезу да брине о деци са којом раде, са којом су у контакту или су обухваћена њеним радом и пословањем
• све радње на заштити деце предузимају се у најбољем интересу детета
Јавни субјект/организација ће осигурати у свакој активности пројекта:
• информисани пристанак: деца – учесници и њихове породице биће упознати са сврхом пројекта и његовим активностима, тако да дете – учесник може донети информисану одлуку о томе да ли ће учествовати у њему или не, додатне информације такође ће бити обезбеђене ако се дете учесник на било који начин узнемири током свог учешћа
• добровољно учешће: деца – учесници могу да повуку своје учешће у било ком тренутку, објашњења такође нису потребна.
• не чини штету: штета може бити и физичка и/или психичка и стога може бити у облику: стреса, бола, анксиозности, смањења самопоштовања или задирања у приватност, императив је да активности ни на који начин не штете (ненамерно или на неки други начин) деци – учесницима
• провера прошлости: сваком ко буде у директном контакту са децом учесницима у оквиру овог пројекта биће проверена кривична евиденција
• заштита података и приватност: пројекат ће пратити општу уредбу ЕУ о заштити података (ГДПР) за оно што се тиче стицања, коришћења и ширења личних података учесника

Statement on Child Protection Requirements
The undersigned Dragan Marić acting as General manager of the public entity Children’s Cultural Center Belgrade for the implementation of the project entitled RE-ACT SEP-211155541 submitted under the call for proposals CERV-2025-CHILD confirm that the Child Protection measures that our public entity/organisation will adopt within the framework of the above-mentioned project are in line with the guidelines “Keeping children safe: the International Child Safeguarding Standards”.
These measures are based on the following set of principles:
All children have equal rights to protection from harm
Everybody has a responsibility to support the protection of children.
The public entity/organisation has a duty of care to children with whom they work, are in contact with, or who are affected by their work and operations.
All actions on child safeguarding are taken in the best interests of the child, which
are paramount.
Moreover, the public entity/organisation will ensure in each activity of the project:
Informed consent: child participants and their families will be made aware of the purpose of the project, and its activities, so that the child participant is able to make an informed decision as to whether they will participate in it or not. Additional information, including about national referral services will also be provided if child participant becomes distressed in any way during their participation.
Voluntary participation: child participants are free to withdraw their participation at any time. Explanations are also not required.
Do no harm: Harm can be both physical and/or psychological and therefore can be in the form of: stress, pain, anxiety, diminishing self-esteem or an invasion of privacy. It is imperative that the activities do not in any way harm (unintended or otherwise) child participants.
Background check: everyone who will be in a direct contact with child participants under this project will have their criminal record checked.
Data protection and privacy: the project will follow the EU General Data Protection regulation (GDPR) for what concerns the acquisition, use and diffusion of participants’ personal data.
